Purge, deleted, we have to let go
Some memories must be shed
Some beliefs have to be dismissed 
Some lessons must be learnt. 

Sometimes, experience changes us 
Sometimes, a situation embraces innovation
Nothing ever stays the same
This thing, "forever", is not static. 

If you allow it, life changes you everyday
If you feel it, life innovates
If you ensure your open to it, life leads
Sometimes, we have to let go. 

Purges of the mind, the heart and the soul
Is not unhealthy, but required
If only we were open to comprehend the message 
That our place on this Earth foretells. 

Sometimes, we have to let go.

Of our ego
Of our pride
Of our superiority
Of our importance. 

Go to the beach
Sit by a river
Walk into nature 
Feel the ground with bare feet.

Let go.
