I have questions, you see
About my life, our species and our role in this Cosmos
I often wonder when I look upon Earth
Why are we here? 
What led us to be here? 

I realise that any explanation could be truth or fiction
This is who I am, an explorer, inquisitive
Existential in every possible way
I want to know our origins and our past
The fusion of actions that made us who we are

Truth and Reality, not from some Human book
Both Religion and Science can only explain so much
This is the dilemma I face, we face
Our existence balances on the razors edge of truth
Our future gives rise to our path forward
Will we be free? Will we colonise Space? 

What of constructed fictions? 
Will first contact with alien intelligence shatter all we know?
Human Truth and Human Reality are two different solipsism's
Humanity requires a reawakening
A new path forward, a new destiny.
