You want it and yet you fight it
You question yourself and yet you know what you need
A loving embrace, a special touch
Fingers flickering through soft hair
Whispers into your ear that only you know
Special kisses on your head with loving touch.

If you seek perfection, you will not find it
If you need perfection no other man can give it to you
Because perfection is a flawed ideal
Know in your heart what is right by you
Do not let go a chance of a lifetime.

There is a person who will stand the test of time
And be there for you
In good and bad times
For that is what Love is
A testament of faith in oneself and their partner.

But it comes down to you and what you seek
And a broken heart will mend
And after time he or she will continue on
But the memories of what it will not fade in your heart and mind
So, ask yourself
Is what you seek right in front of you.

Set fire to the sun
Watch the flames flicker and burn
That is what you inspire in me
You have love and yet you fight it for what reason?
Maybe the question that should be asked is this
"Do I deserve Love?"
A true and passionate uncompromising love.

Do not question it anymore
But seek to embrace the future
It beckons.
