Untitled Poem

Authored: March 20, 2021

Eviscerate me on this final days
As the hours bear down on us
Your lips tantalise mine
The last dawn eclipses a truth
Cling to me as I cling to you
I look into your eyes and am lost in a new universe
A mosaic, a plethora of disjointed passionate moments
Interwoven with throbbing moments of sheer terror.

You spoke to me
As we slid down on sheets of woven stars
Clung to each other
As dawn broke
My soul claimed.

The games we play
The hurt we endured
The love unclaimed
On this final day, claim it all or nothing
Into the final moments
Eviscerate me.
