Something beautiful transpired at the end of our time
Under the deathly hollows of world mourning
A couple dance to the winds that howl a cry
They looked into each other's eyes
After all the atom bombs were dropped
After all the fires and the destruction
Ash falls from the red skies
Even the stars vanished under plumes of darkness.

It's time my friend, my lover, my fellow human
"i have been here for a while
and i have seen enough of lies
everything that comes from your mind
it is all plastic".

why
do they try so hard
to be one they aren't.

We awake as if from a nightmare, you and I
From slumber we crashed and burned in this reality
I kissed your eyes as you watched the mushroom cloud
Your last vision; blindness taking hold of you.

"Shadows are all over me
shallow river is all full of greed
i am surrounded by the ghost
i am all alone again.

again ..."

The Sun is now behind ash and a glow of death
We all fade in ash
That couple danced until even their flesh burned
Locked in deep devotion, they held onto each other
Until even they vanished.

The world now sighs
A mourning in the face of a wake
A whisper in the wind
"Sleep now...."

Awaken now
"It is time my child; to start anew".
