These are words to the suffering and those in pain
The days will get better, believe in hope, believe in yourself
Do not let doubt cast away your hope
Don’t allow it to become bitterness and believe in you.

I still believe in love
I still have a dream that I will find someone
Who truly will believe in me and will love me without games
Look beyond the physical and look deep within
Let go of judgement.

One day this odyssey will end
With your hand in mine
As we walk along the beach
Together.

My life has been a journey
I have travelled a many road
Been hurt, hurt people in turn
Grown as a person
But I still believe in the meaning of love.

I do not give up, one day mayhap
One day this odyssey will end
And as I stand on this beach alone
I will dream of waves bringing you to me
Your hand in mine….
