Immersion
I awaken to the sound of your heartbeat
A woven fabric within a tapestry
Reality was not what I thought it was
Reversion.

There was once a time
Before the clouds had faded away
Now a merciless forsaken sun
Beat down on dead ground
Parched, beaten, dry, senseless
There was a time.
That i remembered what rain felt like.

They had pushed the buttons
A destructible world
A sick humanity
The word Future had lost meaning
I can't see the future.

Year by year, the Earth was losing
More and more of its atmosphere.

Immersion
I just want to be your everything
Lose ourselves within each other
Outside the window is a truth I don't want to face
Let me hear your heartbeat
Reversion.

I remember the sight of clouds
Memories of a past we cannot get back
I'm fading into my solitude departure
Fading seasons
Fading thoughts of futures.

The sound of your heartbeat
Is the sound of our planet
I just wanted to be your everything
The last of humanity going somewhere
Without you
Going nowhere.

The heartbeat fades into silence
Silence is the absence of oscillations through blind medium
Look up to the sky
I know, we look up at the same stars at night
and see different things
Everyone views the stars through different lenses
I look up and hear the heartbeat
