“Apis Mellifera”

Authored: July 9, 2017

Echoes of yesterday
Are like whispers of today
Through the wind, before I see your form
Your wings, pollinating the plants
You cannot be domesticated.

The colours siphon away
Time is diluted
The bees return
To domesticate the honey
The sun shines again
Colours shall blossom.

A deep red within.

Yet in many farm environments, there’s only one bee to be found
But colony collapse disorder
The honeybees shall return
One day.

Not everything, not yet
Open your eyes
The honeybees will return
One day soon....
