I have a hope that we as a species can transcend the darkness of our psyche
I have a wish that we as a species can disarm all our weapons of mass destruction
I have a thought that we can stand as one, not apart, without difference
I have a resolution that hatreds can fall away when we look beyond what separates us.

For we do not have another planet we can turn too
For if we destroy ourselves, we cannot start again, Life is no game
Why was there ever a need to create armies and spill blood on the lands of this Earth?
Is it not time for us to let go of the superficial and turn to what is real
The Human Spirit, we the People, Homo Sapiens.

There will hopefully come a time when we come to cherish this world
And to cherish each other. One day there will be no differences
For it comes down to Love.
It comes down to letting go of all your prejudices and preconceptions
It is about loving yourself, loving life and loving each other.

It is not about your religion or my lack of one
It is not about left or right
It is not about money or greed or big business
It is about understanding we have ONE planet, One Hope.
Let love in. Not just the love of your family or loved ones
But the love of humanity.
This transcends our divisions. We are each able to project outwards
Take the first steps.
