I cannot anchor oh reckless and restless heart.
I cannot grip you and hold you to me if you do not want to be with me
I cannot grasp you if your mind is so far away from mine
The distance between hearts is like a million light years between stars
So, I finally give up, let you go, feel you slip from my hands
I watched you leave
Like the setting sun
I sighed.

I speak of paradigms, and I enter a paradigm I know well
It is my old friend, my constant
And yet paradigms can change, and they can evolve
I cannot force someone to be with me
They must move on their own path
Whether it is light or darkness.

I watched you leave like the setting sun
And I knew it was the end
So, I allow myself to feel all the emotions that are required
For all over the world people join together and break up
But then there are the few who join and never let go.

Love is real, love is constant
It is the embrace of that that I can continue to hope
This is just the beginning
The Sun shall rise again.
